* Pilates is a low-impact and low-intensity type of workout making it ideal for people with joint problems as there is no further damage to the joint.
* You can strengthen your spine shoulders, hips and knees during a Pilates class. Focusing on your core and balance your posture will greatly improve, limiting pressure on the joints through daily activities such as gardening, washing the car or walking.
